The 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) took place in Azerbaijan this year. Our team made great efforts to successfully host this important event, where world leaders, scientists and experts discussed the challenges of climate change.

Main tasks and objectives

The main task set for the event was to increase fire safety during emergencies, quickly detect fire incidents and provide timely information to relevant agencies and people participating in the event. On this basis, specialized approaches were implemented to minimize damage.

Implemented measures

1.    Installation of Smoke Alarm Devices: Smoke detectors were installed at the event venues to ensure prompt detection of smoke and timely response in the event of a fire.

2.    Installation of Public Address Systems:Public address systems were implemented to quickly inform those attending the event. This system also played an important role in increasing human safety.

3.    Constant Monitoring And Supervision: During the event, our Engitech team members provided constant monitoring in the form of day and night shifts. Thanks to this approach, the effective operation of the systems was ensured in the event of any emergency.

Conclusion

These measures carried out by our Engitech team ensured a safer hosting of a major international event like COP29. The importance of advanced technologies and a systematic approach used in the field of fire safety was once again emphasized. Such work has allowed our country to show itself as a responsible partner in hosting such high-level international events.
